I’ve been smoking for the last 22/23 years. I am 33. I started when I was 10 and made it a regular thing @ 11. This is my last week smoking. I have 6 cigarettes left and when they’re gone, that’s it. I’ve been milking it all day and it’s been rough. I have had 8 all day whereas I would be at 15+ by now.
